About the role
This is a broad legal and compliance role supporting the group’s Irish-based MiFID and fund management companies. You’ll work on commercial and regulatory matters, support fund launches, maintain compliance frameworks, review marketing and service agreements, and collaborate with key stakeholders across legal, compliance, and front-office teams.
Candidate requirements
- Junior lawyer or experienced paralegal with extensive experience
- Background in asset or fund management (legal, compliance, or capital markets focus)
