Our Manchester office is looking to grow their team with a Senior/Principal Architect – Life Sciences.
About You
As Senior /Principal Architect – Life Sciences you will have experience in delivering projects from concept to detailed design in the life science sector for both laboratories and GMP manufacturing facilities. You will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team of Architects and Technicians who will deliver high quality output on projects.
To be successful you will exhibit high levels of creativity, imagination, vision and enthusiasm to produce distinctive architectural solutions and have a good knowledge in the production of technical details and specifications.
Key Purpose

- Design and specify all aspects of Architecture in accordance with current guidelines, standards, regulations and project deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and mentoring of our Early Careers population and the continuous improvement of departmental capabilities.
- Manage Architectural involvement in multi-disciplinary projects, including time, cost, quality and client relationship management and delivery.
- Champion quality and compliance controls within local teams and projects.
Each project is different. Our multi-disciplinary project delivery approach ensures that our schemes are not only compliant and safe but also that they are fluid and dynamic to allow for reconfiguration and expansion as the market evolves.
