We’re a multi‑award‑winning contract catering company serving over 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We’re looking for a dedicated Weekend Night General Assistant to join our team.

Job Overview

Working days are Saturday and Sunday, 6 PM until 12:30 AM. Your role is to monitor counters and chillers, maintain cleanliness and presentation, support customers, and follow food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor counters and chillers to ensure they are clean, well‑stocked and presented in line with our six principles.
• Check restaurant areas regularly for consistent levels of cleanliness with meticulous attention to detail.
• Listen carefully and take instructions from the manager; provide prompt and efficient service at all times.
• Communicate confidently with customers, gain feedback and react to their needs to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow procedures and display good food safety practice at all times, holding Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
• Good merchandising skills and till experience.
• Food safety certificate Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2.
