The Impact of a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) at Coupa: Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) serve as the primary point of contact from Coupa to customers after the initial launch. They advise customers on strategies to maximize the value of the Coupa platform, support articulation and quantification of the value delivered, ensure contract renewals, identify cross-sell opportunities, and are responsible for revenue growth targets within their assigned accounts.
