The Role

As Bar Manager, youll lead a skilled bar team, oversee day-to-day operations, manage stock and compliance, and ensure consistently high standards of service. Youll be expected to lead from the front, set the tone for your team, and work closely with senior management to hit targets and exceed guest expectations.

This isnt a back-office role, its for a hands-on operator with a solid track record in busy venues and a sharp focus on quality, speed, and team development.

What Were Looking For

• Experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

• Excellent people management and training skills

• Strong understanding of bar operations, from stock control to team performance

• Calm, organised, and standards-driven with a focus on consistency

• Confident leading a team in busy shifts while maintaining excellent guest service
