The Role:
- Reporting to the CEO and board lead the firm's legal and compliance function.
- Key focus will be the ongoing execution of investments.
- In conjunction, you will be expected to work with external counsel on fundraisings and general legal matters of the firm.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years PQE experience (in England & Wales).
- Ideally has worked both in practice and has in-house experience (via secondment or permanent role).
- Venture or growth equity transactional experience is preferred.
- Regulatory experience would be useful but not essential.
