Where your brilliance will shine:
We are currently recruiting a proactive, smart, on the ball and mega-efficient Service Delivery Partner to be responsible for ensuring customer’s hiring projects are a massive success. From onboarding customers, prepping job content to fanatical service delivery and project wrap-up, you will become a key person in our clients’ lives. Sitting right at the heart of the business you will be the link between customers, and our amazing sourcing and candidate experience teams. As a proactive thinker and doer you will be a step ahead all the time with the ability to foresee issues and spot opportunities - and have the playbook to act, transform, change, influence and unite all stakeholders. You will have the gravitas and confidence to advise clients (from HR Assistants to CEOs) on role positioning and process optimisation to help them hire the people they need faster. To aid this you will carefully monitor multiple data points with real time client feedback to orchestrate the RR team. As you might expect (being a recruitment role) you’ll also be involved with CV filtering (and we do quite a lot).
About You:
We’re not going to bore you with a list of bullet points. If you know this role you’ll know what you need: bags of stamina, resilience, mega-efficiency, attention to detail & a desire to deliver a first-class service. But above all else you have a strong work ethic & be happy to muck-in and graft when ‘on the tools’. You’ll also need to be happy, upbeat and a warm person that people just click with. As far as we are concerned there’s simply no space for cold, frosty and abrasive people in the people space. Definitely not at RR! You also need to be damn fast with tech / SaaS - we use a plethora of apps and systems daily and you’ll need to navigate these at pace and with precision.
