Who You Are:

A people-person with a friendly, authentic personality and a natural ability to connect.

Passionate about the outdoors and excited to share that passion with customers.

A confident, motivated leader with the ability to coach and inspire a team.

Comfortable using digital tools and solving problems on the fly.

Responsible and ready to open/close the store and lead the floor.
