Fabric Engineer

Join a leading FM company as a fabric engineer in a high rise tower in the City.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a large, attraction site.

• Monday – Friday (plenty of overtime available)
• £35,000 – £37,000 + company benefits
• Prestigious landmark site

Responsibilities:

• Tiling
• Carpentry – Door hanging, fire door ppm
• Assembling furniture
• Plumbing
• Drainage & flushing
• Fire alarm/door testing
• Grouting & Plastering
• Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.

Requirements:

• Experience as a building services fabricengineer
• Trades qualifications – C&G or NVQ
