We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to provide administrative support for our Accommodation, Conferencing and Transport Department.
Salary: Β£23,160 - Β£23,815 per annum, pro rata on a fixed term contract
What you'll do:
- Assist with student accommodation and bus pass allocations
- Help coordinate conferences and room bookings
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors
- Ensure smooth transport arrangements and handle event logistics
- Manage key stock for residences and maintain accurate records
- Show prospective clients around our facilities and assist with event coordination
What we're looking for:
