Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical position within our team and will lead on the recruitment of key roles for clients. We partner with many leading companies across the design sectors within the built environment, and this person will be instrumental in building high-performing, market-leading teams for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute comprehensive sourcing strategies including advertising, headhunting, talent pipelining, and more to source excellent candidates for clients.
2. Lead on the early candidate assessment phases including screening and interviewing.
3. Provide project coordination support for Talent Partners.
4. Produce and place advertising for key roles.
5. Maintain and manage our ATS and facilitate insight reports based on market research.
6. Liaise with clients regarding interview scheduling.
7. Provide feedback and insights on recruitment activities, including successes and challenges, and recommend new sourcing opportunities.
