Level | Qualified Solicitor with significant Commercial Law experience

Based | Huntingdon

Hybrid | 3 days working from home

Offer | £50,000 – £65,000 per annum + fantastic benefits package

We are currently working with a fantastic organisation who are looking to hire a Commercial Legal Counsel to manage their contentious and commercial legal matters.

This role would ideally be based on 4 days a week, but for the right candidate they would be open to someone on a full-time basis or 3 longer days a week.

Typical duties would include:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including construction (NEC3/4), IT, and energy supply contracts.
• Providing pragmatic commercial advice.
• Collaborating with the Integrated Supply Chain team.
• Working on a variety of matters, such as outsourcing, intellectual property, and financial agreements.

The successful candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with significant experience in Commercial Law
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to work independently
• Commercially minded
