An exciting social agency in London is looking for a Digital Analyst to join their team. Based in London, with 2 days a week in the office, this is a 4-day-a-week role initially for 3 months.
The Job
- Leading end-to-end tracking implementation across GA4, GTM, social pixels, and email
- Building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio
- Providing campaign performance analysis and actionable insights
- Collaborating across data, product, media, and content teams to ensure quality data collection
- Running QA on all tags, events, and triggers to ensure accurate reporting
- Supporting internal upskilling on analytics tools and dashboards
- Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure reporting meets business needs
You
- Requirements include:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics within an agency or fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Experience setting up tracking across Meta, TikTok, email, and web
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Experience with email reporting tools
- Degree in maths, statistics, computer science, or similar preferred
