The predicted salary is between 42000 - 65000 £ per year.
This position requires the incumbent to work as part of the Emergency Services team to assist with the provision of community stabilization services to a wide variety of individuals having various types of needs. These services must be provided under the general supervision of the Crisis Services Program Manager and be conducted in accordance with current agency policies and procedures relating to Emergency Services and Community Stabilization services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree earned in relevant human services field required
- At least one-year experience working in the provision of crisis intervention; or training, and experience indicating the possession of essential knowledge, skills and abilities to perform essential job duties
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) preferred
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and the ability to provide own transportation

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be exposed to allergenic environments from client’s homes, including dust, smoke, pet contamination, cleaning supplies, etc.
- May be exposed to clients with infectious diseases
- Must be able to drive for long periods of time to travel in and out of the catchment area as needed
- Must be able to walk distances, climb and descend stairs, maneuver in and out of agency vehicles
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds at times
STARTING SALARY: $55,145
RETIREMENT: NWCSB participates in Virginia Retirement System.
