Summary: This position acts on behalf of the Marine Corps as Programmatic CBRN subject matter expert for cost, schedule, and performance for the planning, managing, and execution of procurement and requisitions of enterprise-wide Marine Corps enhanced and general purpose CBRN Defense capabilities managed within the CBRN Futures team. Work is located at Stafford, VA. Off-site. Job Description Serve as the Marine Corps Programmatic CBRN subject matter expert for cost, schedule, and performance for the planning, managing, and execution of procurement and requisitions of enterprise-wide Marine Corps enhanced and general purpose CBRN Defense capabilities managed within the CBRN Futures team. Advise, plan, and execute through the phases of the PPBE; examples include phasing plan development and execution, and POM planning for procurement and sustainment of current and future capabilities. Support acquisitions and procurement as the Marine Corps Programmatic subject matter expert in Risk, Issues, and Opportunities. Fluent in DoD and Marine Corps risk management and risk management systems such as Project Recon. Advise for planning, managing, and execution of all programmatic-based functions and activities aligned with Marine Corps integrated product teams (IPT) for development and sustainment managed within the CBRN Futures team. Execute support for Acquisition Programmatic-based functions and activities aligned with the CBRN Futures team, including preparing and reviewing Marine Corps Acquisition Programmatic documentation, preparing and advising on formal and informal tasks and requests for information, coordinating with stakeholders both internal and external, supporting fiscal planning and execution, and executing schedule-based tasks and functions. Serve as the Subject matter expert in DoD and Marine Corps data systems (e.g., GCSS-MC, CATALYST, DPAS, TFSMS) to support the CBRN Futures team. Lead projects or tasks involving tracking risk and providing constant status or process oversight. Manage, synchronize, and track multiple, complex, and cross-functional actions independently. Write, review, and staff high-level staff action papers, studies, policies, and acquisition documents. Qualifications (2) years of experience in project management, DoD acquisition, or another related subject of comparable complexity and responsibility. (2) years of comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software, with specific experience in effective use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Word. (1) year of SharePoint related experience. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, among a variety of audiences. Working knowledge of the acquisition processes and policies as outlined in the DoDI 5000.02, relating to product development, production, and sustainment. Ability to influence and shape acquisition streamlining. Knowledge of DoD acquisition and life cycle management policies, procedures, and practices. *This Position is Contingent Upon Award.
