Network Engineer
£60,000 – £75,000+ benefits – hybrid working
The Network Engineer / Network Security Engineer will join a team supporting high profile network infrastructure, responsible for the design, implementation and support of enterprise scale networks ensuring optimum network uptime and performance.
The role joins a project-based Network Operations team supporting internal projects and Enterprise networks with scope for Mid to Senior level candidates and upskilling in automation and Cloud technologies.
The company offices are in Hampshire with hybrid working options – commutable from Southampton, Bournemouth, Basingstoke, Portsmouth areas
Required skills and experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience supporting and configuring Cisco / Juniper network devices, Firewalls, Switches, Load Balancers
- Strong experience of infrastructure Network Design, WAN / LAN, working with customers and senior stakeholders
- Commercial experience of Network Security, Palo Alto or similar
- Enterprise level Network environment experience, ideally global scale either internally or external customers
- Relevant certifications; Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, etc
All candidates must be UK based and willing to travel to their offices as required
