Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve key performance targets.
• Analyse performance data, create detailed reports, and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously test and refine campaigns through A/B testing, creative optimisation, and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ads that align with brand identity and audience insights.

Essential Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a performance marketing or paid media role.
• Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, ideally with exposure to global markets.

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
