Construction Project Manager

St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new Housing project in Hendrefoilan, Swansea. The project is currently halfway through it’s current phase, with the next phase due to commence in 2026.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Construction of the works in accordance with the designs
- Programming and planning of all works, including site resources such as labour, plant & materials
- Direct management of St. Modwen site team, plus effective management of sub-contractors
- Liaise with wide range of internal & external stakeholders to ensure time, quality & cost of build is managed efficiently
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrable track record of Project Management within residential house-building
- Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent technical and practical knowledge, with the ability to resolve important detail
- Knowledge of Engineering would be an advantage
