Senior Carer Salary: £14.52 – £15.00 per hour D.E.O + Overtime enhancements Location: Southampton, Hampshire Hours: 40.25 hours days only! We are seeking a Senior Carer to support the care team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Senior Carer Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards it). Experience in complex care or challenging behaviours. Minimum one year in a Senior Carer role. A valid driving license is preferred. Senior Carer Responsibilities: Ensure care plans are accurate and up to date. Monitor residents\’ well-being and maintain high care standards. Lead and supervise care teams effectively. Conduct bi-monthly supervision meetings.
