We are looking for a full-time, experienced Head of Housekeeping, to manage all aspects of our clients' residences, including oversight of property maintenance, project management/oversight, and general day-to-day running across multiple locations, managing staff (housekeeping and gardening team). The person must have previous experience in a similar role with a proven ability to lead a team.

The main requirements will include:

  • Budget and project management
  • Managing general works from inception to delivery
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Managing staff in various locations
  • Dealing with any property maintenance concerns in a timely and organized manner.

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday and occasional weekends as and when required.

The person will require:

  • A full, clean UK driving licence and be willing to travel between residences as necessary.
