We are looking for a mainly field-based Wholesale Sales Account Manager to drive sales across a portfolio of key retail clients within the fashion & accessories space in the North of England/Scotland. We seek a proactive and creative sales person who can maintain existing long-standing relationships and identify opportunities to grow these accounts. Based in the North, you must also be available to visit the London HQ when needed. Competitive salary + bonus + car allowance.
The Role
- Meet sales targets, providing regular performance updates and feedback to the Sales Director.
- Be the point of contact for an established client base of regional retailers.
- Build strong relationships with these accounts, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular face-to-face or virtual meetings.
- Ensure all items and ranges are promoted in line with seasonal plans and are live on the site, updated regularly.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on accounts to identify opportunities and threats.
- Assess the potential of new business accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Visual Merchandising.
The Person
- Ideally at least 3 years of experience in a Sales/Account Manager role—Wholesale/Trade/Retail accounts.
- Comfortable managing existing accounts and proactively seeking new revenue opportunities.
- Confident, open, honest, and able to share ideas for improvement.
- Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
