A boutique, super-creative experiential agency based in London are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This agency works with a range of leading food, drink and beauty brands, delivering cutting-edge global projects, from concept development through to production and installation. They help their clients to develop and express their brand in the most powerful ways, through experiential, product innovation, brand development and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day client accounts and project delivery.
- Partner with clients at a senior level to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact to oversee the delivery of client work.
- Lead internal teams to develop best-in-class work, ensuring the very highest quality of output from the team.
- Lead and work closely with all stakeholders on pitches, responses, and submissions.
Requirements:
- London based with 5+ years working within a similar agency environment (ideally related to brand experience, design and production and/or innovation).
- Experience working with premium and established consumer brands in the fashion, food & drink, and/or beauty spaces.
- Experience with retail brands also welcome.
- Experience in a similar client-relationship management role with the ability to carefully manage clients and build strategic working relationships.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines and work across multiple fast-moving projects with multiple clients.
- Good understanding of managing integrated campaigns involving strategy, design, production, logistics, staffing and events.
- Comprehensive project and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills including PowerPoint (use of Photoshop is a plus).
- Flexible to travel internationally for campaign events, though this will primarily be a UK based role.
