We’re hiring a German-speaking SaaS Sales Executive to join a high-growth financial technology company that’s redefining how banks and financial institutions modernise operations across the front, middle, and back office.
This is a London-based opportunity with a focus on German-speaking clients, including banks, asset managers, and other regulated financial firms across the DACH region and wider Europe.
About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for driving new business growth with enterprise-level financial institutions — building lasting relationships with decision-makers and helping them adopt a platform that automates complex processes, ensures compliance, and drives operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own and lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Sell innovative SaaS solutions into banks, asset managers, and regulated financial institutions
- Engage senior stakeholders across risk, compliance, operations, and IT
- Partner with internal product and solution consulting teams to deliver tailored client value
- Maintain strong knowledge of the DACH market and regulatory landscape
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- 3–7+ years of SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, ideally into banking or financial services
- A solid understanding of capital markets, regulatory environments, or operational workflows
- Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Based in London or willing to relocate; hybrid work environment offered
