We are entering an ambitious growth phase, seeking an experienced Head of PMO to lead our project delivery. Key Responsibilities Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations Lead project delivery using structured methodologies Coordinate resource allocation and monitor project performance Design operational processes and develop communication plans Manage project risks and ensure compliance Oversee commercial aspects of project delivery Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in B2B environments, ideally within IT Managed Services Knowledge of PRINCE2 and Agile frameworks Experience delivering Microsoft Cloud projects Track record of developing PMO functions and leading teams Financial governance expertise across multiple projects Customer-facing skills and client negotiation experience Resource management across concurrent projects Fluent English communication skills Ideal Candidate Attributes Confident stakeholder engagement at C-level Inspirational leadership and public speaking skills Business-focused with strong planning and risk management abilities Effective communicator, trustworthy, strategic thinker Proactive, solutions-oriented, resilient, and ethical Why Join Us?
