Stack & Still is seeking exceptional shift leaders to join our team. If you are energetic, fun, and focused on delivering great customer experiences, we want to hear from you! Candidates must have a track record as an exceptional server; supervisor/shift manager experience is essential.

Our food concept is simple, but our quality and delivery are not! We offer a pancake dining experience like no other. This is the UK's largest urban pancake business, with over 200 covers, and we offer huge customisation and a dynamic mix of savoury, sweet, gourmet, and quirky pancake dishes. We do one thing, and we do it well!

As part of the unit's management team, you will be expected to support the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to deliver a great customer experience every day. Our shift leaders will assist the managers on restaurant opening and closing shifts, training teams, and supervising floor shifts as well as taking sections and serving when necessary. Shifts can be super busy, so stamina and a hands-on approach are needed while maintaining the highest customer service standards and attention to detail.

We are looking for a smart individual with great organisational skills who will want to grow the company as we most certainly expand. This may be your first supervisory position, but we will look for a great track record as an exceptional server with all the skill to become a manager of the future, as Stack & Still always has progression opportunities available.
