We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled, and motivated Project Building Surveying Team Leader to join our Asset Team within the Repairs and Investment Section. Reporting to the Principal Officer - Investment and Programme Delivery, you will lead the management of work streams including kitchens, bathrooms, aids and adaptations, and external works. You will ensure collaboration with partners to meet customer objectives related to quality, communication, and care. The role involves delivering programmes on time, within budget, and meeting key performance indicators.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Substantial experience and good knowledge of Health & Safety and relevant statutory legislation.
- An appropriate qualification in property/housing maintenance as specified in the person specification.
- Experience in managing and supervising a small team of surveyors and administrative staff.
- Confident, resilient, with the ability to adapt to changing demands.
- Sound commercial awareness and financial experience.
- Effective organizational, planning, and report-writing skills, with the ability to undertake site visits.
