About us: JLL's Corporate Sustainability Team manages a global program that achieves its sustainability ambitions. Our focus areas are climate action, healthy spaces, and creating fair and inclusive environments. We drive transformational change across the enterprise and steward JLL's corporate purpose.
The role: We are seeking a Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving our corporate net zero program. Reporting to the Senior Director of Climate Impact, the role will support the development and management of JLL's net zero analytics tools, leverage data to identify actionable insights, and contribute to our enterprise-wide data quality improvement plan. This position requires being available to work on-site at least 1-2 days per week at a JLL Corporate Office located in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, New York City, Toronto, or Ottawa.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management and Analysis: Assist in delivering the corporate net zero data and analytics strategy. Support the management of the Net Zero Dashboard, climate scenario models, and data improvement plans, including data integrity and visual presentation. Regularly update our net zero data requirements plan to inform KPI monitoring and strategic decisions. Support collection, documentation, and quantification of emissions categories, adapting methodologies for granular data.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop communication materials for stakeholders, articulating emission reduction strategies and transition plans for climate change mitigation. Create visuals and digital illustrations to communicate decarbonization strategies effectively to non-technical audiences.
- General: Support the implementation of initiatives to achieve climate commitments. Contribute to team collaboration by managing systems, organizing documents, and enhancing sustainability data processes. Foster a team environment of accountability, excellence, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.

- Knowledge of decarbonization in buildings, vehicles, products, data centers, waste, or travel is preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and Visio.
- Experience with sustainability data, aggregation, and reporting tools like IBM Enviz, Microsoft Sustainability Manager, PowerBI is advantageous.

- Location: Candidates must reside in or be available to work in one of the specified cities.
- Work arrangement: 1-2 days in-office, remainder remote.
- Travel: 1-3 times per year domestically or internationally.
- Estimated total compensation: $77,830 - $95,000 USD annually. This range is an estimate; actual offers depend on various factors.
