Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for property? Do you thrive in a customer-facing role where every day brings new connections and opportunities to exceed targets? My client is a prestigious homebuilder and is seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to join their successful team. In this full-time role, which includes weekends, but two weekdays off per week, you will be responsible for selling premium new build homes within agreed budgets while maximising revenue. You will guide potential buyers through their purchase journey, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Convert enquiries to reservations using effective selling techniques
  • Maintain comprehensive market knowledge of local conditions, demographics and competitor activity
  • Utilise CRM systems to track and manage customer relationships
  • Facilitate sales through Help to Buy, Helping Hands and Part Exchange schemes
  • Work with solicitors and financial advisors to keep sales progressing smoothly
  • Conduct home demonstrations in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain immaculate presentation standards in the sales area
