Salary: PO1 – Point 33 – 36 (£32,870 - £35,423 per annum, pro rata)
Hours of work: Permanent, Full-time contract at 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to develop and implement a multi-channel external marketing strategy that supports fundraising, ensures young people who need us can find us, and establishes us as the trusted voice on Youth Homelessness in the West Midlands.
- Support the development of an effective internal communication strategy to engage and connect staff.
- Line manage and develop the marketing team, supporting each member in their roles.
- Lead marketing campaigns that drive engagement and action from key audiences, delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage relationships with external agencies supporting the organization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce impactful marketing materials, digital assets, and storytelling content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Ensure messaging aligns with the target audiences outlined in the strategic plan.
- Utilize data and audience insights to inform marketing strategy and enhance engagement.
- Monitor brand awareness and audience sentiment to guide future initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing activities are GDPR compliant in collaboration with the Head of Fundraising and Communications.
