OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We offer services in Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
We are seeking experienced Acquisition Professionals with at least three (3) years of Contract Specialist or Contracting and Procurement experience, particularly in closeout activities. Candidates with experience in the Contract and Procurement Series (1102) within a federal acquisition office are preferred. This experience may come from a federal government role, a contracting position supporting a federal or commercial acquisition office, or both. Expertise in closing out construction contracts—including firm-fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, time and materials, labor-hour, and hybrid contracts—is required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of federal contract closeout experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to obtain or retain a Public Trust clearance, involving credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement checks
- Current DHS Suitability preferred
- Must be a US Citizen
