Job Summary: Job holders within this Group Profile will manage transactional activity within their administrative Hub, line manage staff, and apply HR policies and practices. Responsibilities include staff management, disciplinary investigations, performance management, and appraisals. This is a non-operational role with possible contact with prisoners depending on the area of work.
Characteristics Typical Tasks Include:
