We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Team Leader to join our vibrant and dedicated team. The role: Supporting team members to make sure operational processes and procedures are being followed, the chosen candidate will be in charge of helping to provide an accurate and efficient accounts payable function in a strong control environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and induction of Accounts Payable (AP) team members
- Assist with the setting of clear goals and measure the AP Team objectives and KPIs
- Responsible for managing the Expenses process including passing over paper claims to be processed
- Responsible for managing complicated / complex AP supplier accounts i.e utilities, council tax
- Drive down Aged Creditor items by working closely with AP Controllers and Operational colleagues
- Act as first point of escalation for any complaints raised by suppliers or internal customers
- Support in the provision and delivery of training programmes for Home Managers and Home Administrators
