Parts Manager

OTE Overview Farnborough Audi Monday to Friday 8AM – 5.30PM + Saturday morning on a rota basis OTE between £34,000 – £44,000, DOE Lookers Farnborough Audi is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Parts Manager to join our friendly team on site. As a Parts Manager, you will lead a busy Parts Department, provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate comprehensive technical knowledge of the automotive trade. You will be a team player with exceptional communication skills, able to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Joining our aftersales department, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and build a career within the industry. Lead your team in a fast-paced environment Ensure efficient handling of retail and workshop customer inquiries and same-day processing of all orders Achieve sales by prospecting, maintaining accounts, and promoting Parts and related promotions Respond to customer questions regarding technical issues, warranties, and repairs in an understandable manner Support company policies on security, especially regarding sensitive customer information Manage data collection and provide forecasts on departmental performance The ideal candidate will be dedicated to flawless customer service, passionate about the motor trade, and motivated to achieve excellent results. Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade industry is essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive prestigious cars. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and manufacturers. We seek someone who demonstrates integrity, discretion, and objectivity, and can work well under pressure and manage conflicting demands.
