You will provide outstanding customer service, following all enquiries to completion across the Credit Control and Debt Management end to end journey.
How will I spend my time in this role?
- Payment Reconciliation – credit card payments, liaise with our Finance team to discuss any discrepancies;
- Managing end to end direct debit process;
- Requesting Disconnection and Reconnection;
- Tracing old customers/landlords to make contact;
- Monitoring and managing credit terms given to new clients;
- Monitoring and decision making on older debt;
- Managing Agreements to Pay while ensuring that all monies are collected, and a smart meter installed with customers on pre-pay;
- Liaising with Technical Team to request fast track of smart meter, manage and monitor progress;
- Managing unpaid/cancelled direct debits;
- Attend company briefings.
