Senior Asset Manager

InterQuest are partnering with a leading financial institution to identify a Senior Asset Manager for a permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, overseeing the daily operations of the Asset Management team. The role focuses on improving efficiencies and ensuring top-quality service to key stakeholders across the organization. The position is based in Reading/London, with a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office). About the Role The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset finance, ideally with experience in shared service environments and process improvement. Responsibilities Spearheading the day-to-day management and development of the Asset Managers, enhancing team productivity. Producing sector and asset reports for key verticals. Identifying areas for further expertise development, such as construction and agriculture, and implementing strategies to strengthen the team\’s knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
