Are you ready to take the next step in your Food and Beverage career? We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team at our busy Hotel.
Your day to day:
- Serving food and drink and providing memorable experiences for our guests
- Being the first point of call for any guest queries
- Supervising a shift ensuring our guests receive high standards of service and want to return
- Supporting and motivating the team
- Hosting and running events, conferences and weddings and being the point of customer liaison where necessary
Who we are looking for:
- You will need to be proactive and ensure the smooth running of the day to day operation of the business
- Food and Beverage Supervisor is a hands-on role, so you will need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service
- We need someone with previous experience of working within a busy food operation; supervisory experience is desirable
- Our business is open all day every day, so you need to be flexible with the times you can work
