The Role

As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key part in making our guests\’ experience one they will always remember. You will need to ensure you demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu items provided and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate. Head Waiter/Waitress\’ will work well as a team to ensure swift and efficient service to all our guests. They will complete quality Mise en Place including cleaning, setups, and handovers as well as report and follow up on any comments and guest queries as they occur.

About you

An ideal candidate is a person with a clear passion for service. Someone who engages with guests easily and is able to use their intuition and creativity to deliver a wonderful experience for everyone. The ability to multitask and prioritise is important, as well as the ability to work well under pressure with the biggest smile. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, produce quality work and be flexible to work shifts.

Although experience within a similar environment is preferable, we look for attitude, quality, and interpersonal skills rather than experience as we will give you the tools to ensure you are successful in your role.
