Overview
The Senior Ariba Tender Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the larger, more complex e-tenders for both direct and indirect procurement of goods and services. This role plays a critical part in driving procurement excellence, maintaining compliance with organisational policies, and delivering value to internal stakeholders through efficient and effective procurement operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tender processes within the Ariba system, including tender creation, supplier invitation, bid evaluation, and contract award.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, legal, and operations, to define tender requirements and identify the most suitable suppliers.
- Support with more complex tenders that would include either tier pricing (e.g. packaging), big numbers of suppliers or materials tendered at the same time (e.g. logistics).
- Conduct supplier evaluations and participate in supplier performance reviews, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs and objectives.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
