About The Role
As a Sales Executive you'll look after a wide range of customer accounts, from local schools to restaurants and hotels. You'll be taking customer orders over the phone and showing off your foodie nature by being an expert in our food! You'll also remind customers of products they might have forgotten, and take every opportunity to upsell wherever you can. You'll also be looking after our digital customers by supporting them in developing their business, so we need you to have great conversations to meet our customers' needs, maximising sales opportunities whilst letting your personality shine.
Above all, you'll focus on driving sales while also delivering brilliant customer service. It's fast paced, so you'll need to work swiftly and efficiently - but it's also very rewarding!
Training and Development is hugely important to us which is why we'll teach you all you need to know about our amazing products and how to deal with any challenge, no matter how big or small, so you can achieve your full potential as a Sales Executive. These are the skills you need to start your career in any sales environment with lots of opportunity to develop and progress into Field Sales or Team Management.
