As a Night Transport Coordinator, you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food. Our operation in Crewe is looking for candidates who can commit to Nights - 4 on, 4 off | 1800 to 0600.

What will you do & what will you need? As part of your role, you will brief and debrief Drivers, being the first point of contact for all drivers and ensuring all queries are fed back. You will be accountable for legal o-license compliance and operational excellence, including cost and service, peak planning/delivery, and resolving live issues. You will monitor all routes to ensure they are on time and escalate issues to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate. Effective time management and use of Kronos exceptions & schedules are essential. You will also conduct daily administrative tasks related to payroll systems, payroll queries, holidays, etc. Ideally, you will have experience in administration within a busy transport environment, be PC literate with experience in Word and Excel, and have great attention to detail.

Our depot also serves as a cross-docking hub for frozen and temperature-controlled logistics. Peak periods include Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas, and various promotional events throughout the year.
