We are seeking a 3rd Line Cloud Network Engineer to join a small, dynamic team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your responsibilities will include executing planned activities through a Change Management Process, monitoring systems using Event Management tools, and responding to incidents via the Incident Process, including incident triage and escalation to the Service Management Team.

Key tasks include:

  • Responding to escalations from 2nd Line using ITSM tooling
  • Managing PKI certificates for networking devices (physical and virtual)
  • Distributing software, firmware, and security updates for network devices
  • Collaborating with and supporting design and engineering teams
  • Maintaining and supporting both virtual and physical network solutions, providing updates to the Operations Lead
  • Conducting readiness assessments for new releases entering service
  • Producing and maintaining documentation such as Work Instructions and Patching Schedules

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Cloud Administration (e.g., Broadcom NSX-T)

  • Firewall Management (e.g., Cisco Firepower Management Center)
  • Network Devices (e.g., Cisco IOS, NXOS, FXOS, Juniper JUNOS)
  • Network Authentication (e.g., Cisco ISE)

  • ITSM Tooling & Processes
  • Cloud Administration (e.g., vCenter - use of, not administration)
