Welcome to London! A fantastic opportunity to join the Customer Marketing team in one of Europe’s biggest markets. You will be a key member of the On Trade Channel, responsible for implementing the BTL channel strategy with our partner customers, working alongside a team of Customer Marketing Managers dedicated to the Channel. You will play an integral role in the Winning In Key Cities strategy for London and act as a business partner for customer activation. Your role involves connecting stakeholders across the business to deliver execution that balances guest, customer, and brand objectives. You should be comfortable making decisions, evaluating performance, and driving continuous improvement, all with a focus on doing fewer, bigger, better work. Operating at pace, multi-skilling effectively, and leading projects are essential skills for success in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES Your key focus will be implementing the BTL strategy for WIKC/Hotspots within a defined geography, working cross-functionally to deliver aligned execution. You will aim to maximize ROI, build long-term relationships with key customers, and contribute to the IAP cycle, bringing a WIKC/Hotspot perspective to BTL discussions. Managing A&P budgets and owning the BTL activity proposals for customer tenders are also part of your responsibilities. SKILLS We seek a channel expert with strong knowledge of how priority customers operate, the barriers to success, and how to succeed through partnership. You should be a proactive communicator and motivator, capable of managing multiple projects, and possessing excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience in delivering customer activations, events, or advocacy programs within the spirits or beverage industry, along with at least 3 years in marketing or commercial roles, is required.
