Office Administrator – Temporary assignment Hours: Mon – Thursday 8-5 Friday 8-2 We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our clients day-to-day operations. This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone who is self-motivated and thrives working independently while being backed by a supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Handling client communications via phone and email Booking in client work and reviewing contracts Creating work orders and subcontracting orders as needed Preparing delivery notes Capturing entry and exit photographs of projects You’ll often be working independently, but never alone — our friendly team is always available to assist with any questions or guidance.
