This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced telesales professional to further their career with the UK’s #1 independent provider of voice, connectivity, mobile, phone systems, and cloud services.

Salary: Up to £24,000 DOE

Commission: £50 per Saturday appointment, 5% of gross profit on sales made from your leads

OTE: £40K

Location: Various Locations - Office Based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, researching, and prospecting new business opportunities and following up.
  • Accurately entering and maintaining customer information in the company database.
  • Making outgoing calls to book appointments for the field sales team.
  • Understanding clients’ business communication needs.
  • Creating and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Booking a target number of appointments daily.
  • Reporting on sales opportunities.
  • Training and developing with new and existing colleagues.
  • Personal commission reporting.
  • Leading telesales in the absence of the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven telesales, telemarketing, or IT experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Team player.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Previous Telesales Executive experience preferred.
  • Telesales/telemarketing in the IT sector is desirable.
