Job Description This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced telesales professional to further their career with the UK’s #1 independent provider of voice, connectivity, mobile, phone systems, and cloud services. Salary: Up to £24,000 DOE Commission: £50 per Saturday appointment 5% of gross profit on sales made from your leads OTE – £40K Location: Various Locations – Office Based Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours Ideal candidates are self-sufficient, passionate, innovative, and high-achieving. This is a key sales role within our business. Responsibilities Sourcing, researching, and prospecting new business opportunities and following up. Accurately entering and maintaining customer information in the company database. Making outgoing calls to book appointments for the field sales team. Understanding clients’ business communication needs. Creating and managing a sales pipeline. Booking a target number of appointments daily. Reporting on sales opportunities. Training and developing with new and existing colleagues. Personal commission reporting. Leading telesales in the absence of the manager. Qualifications Proven telesales, telemarketing, or IT experience is advantageous. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. Self-motivated and target-driven. Team player. Problem-solving skills. Previous Telesales Executive experience preferred. Telesales/telemarketing in the IT sector is desirable.
