Salary: £27,732 – 28,678 (£14.41 - 14.91 per hour) plus £65.45 per sleep-in duty worked, plus on-call payment (Depending on experience)

Chester Link is a charity that supports twenty people across seven properties in Cheshire West and Chester. We are recruiting for a Lead Support Worker based in Winsford.

Responsibilities:

  • Work 37 hours per week alongside the staff team, closely with our Registered Manager.
  • Develop and manage staff through supervision and appraisal, serving as a positive role model.
  • Guide the staff team in decision making with service users.
  • Collaborate with the management team to share responsibility for the management and operation of the service.
  • Ensure high quality of service across all areas of work.
  • Work a rolling weekend rota and share sleep-in duties.
  • Participate in the on-call service on a rolling rota, with support from another Lead Support Worker.
  • Training will be provided for your on-call duties, and you will be supported by a committed team of Lead Support Workers and managers who work together and support each other.
