Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan tailored to each patient\’s needs
• Conduct home visits in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients\’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Execute and document doctors\’ orders accurately
• Perform client assessments and case management
• Utilize a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for documentation

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Maryland
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills
• Willingness to travel to assigned cases
