AV Flexible Support Technician

Job Title: Flexible Support Technician (AV)\\n Location: Multiple Client Sites Across London\\n Type: Permanent\\n Salary: £37,500 – £40,000\\n\\nOverview:\\n We're looking for a dynamic Flexible Support Technician (FST) to provide onsite AV/VC support across a range of corporate and professional environments. This role involves both scheduled and ad-hoc site visits to support user needs, events, and system troubleshooting.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nProvide onsite AV support for meetings and live events\\nConduct room checks and preventative maintenance\\nDiagnose and resolve AV system issues (Crestron, Cisco, Teams, Zoom, etc.)\\nCollaborate with service teams, escalate complex issues, and track all service activity\\nAssist with field service work when not assigned to a specific site\\nMaintain toolkit, inventory, and certificationsWhat You'll Need:\\n\\n3+ years in AV/VC support, field service, or installation (junior applicants welcome under mentorship)\\nStrong troubleshooting skills across AV, control systems, and basic networking\\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\\nValid UK driver's license and passport\\nAVIXA CTS (preferred or willingness to obtain-training provided)Tech Exposure (Desirable):\\n Cisco | Poly | Teams | Zoom | Crestron | QSC | Biamp | Logitech | AMX | Extron | Shure | Dante | Digital Signage\\n\\nPerks:\\n\\nTravel reimbursement\\nTraining & certification support\\nWork with leading AV/VC tech in dynamic environments
