We are currently looking to appoint a high-calibre Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join this thriving team and take advantage of a rare opportunity to earn high earnings of up to £90,000+ annually, with all leads provided.
This opportunity is perfect for an experienced, CeMAP-qualified professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven, and financially rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive 10–12 new mortgage leads per week via the in-branch team and partner estate agents.
- Deliver whole-of-market mortgage advice, tailoring financial solutions to each client’s specific needs.
- Write and manage 2–3 quality mortgage cases per week, averaging £2,500 per case.
- Provide protection advice, including life insurance, critical illness, and income protection, via a panel of top-tier providers.
- Maximise business opportunities from an extensive existing client base, including remortgage prospects.
- Stay current on lender criteria, interest rate movements, and compliance regulations.
- Handle property transactions up to £650,000 in a local market with 120+ monthly property sales, maintaining momentum and business continuity.
Requirements:
- A CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – Essential.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
- A proven track record in providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Clean credit, compliance history, and a full UK driving licence.
- Estate agency experience is desirable, but strong candidates from banking or building society backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
