Are you an experienced education professional with a strong track record in preparing local authorities for inspection? We're working with a forward-thinking council seeking an Inspection Readiness Consultant to support their preparation for upcoming Ofsted and CQC inspections, particularly within SEND and broader education services.
Key responsibilities as the Inspection Readiness Consultant:
- Lead the local authority’s preparation for statutory inspections
- Coordinate inspection logistics, evidence collation, and internal communications
- Deliver quality assurance activity that informs service improvement
- Support leadership teams with planning, reporting, and response strategies
- Work alongside QA teams, Strategic Leads, and Practice Improvement colleagues
What you’ll bring as the Inspection Readiness Consultant:
