About the role:
We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor in a secondary school in Barnet. This is a wonderful opportunity for a strong, hardworking individual with resilience and experience working with young people in various settings. A minimum of one year's experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role is required. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support children with challenging behaviour, providing the necessary support both on a 1:1 basis and in smaller groups.
